And they're off! The primary is over and the parties have chosen their respective candidates for the Philadelphia Mayoral election. For the Democrats, Michael Nutter came from behind in the polls and ultimately emerged as the clear party choice, with over 35% of the primary vote. Al Taubenberger, who ran unopposed in May, is the Republican party candidate for Mayor.
