Congratulations to the University of Pennsylvania on achieving 96.4% turnout on campus this Election Day! On November 4th, 2008, 3,833 people voted on campus, up from 3,218 in the 2004 general election and about 2,500 in April's primary election. Including Penn-affiliated off-campus polling places, about 7,300 students voted on November 4th.
