ATTENTION ALL PENN STUDENTS: If you are at least 18 years old (on Election Day) and are a United States citizen, you can register to vote in Pennsylvania!

PLTV Voter Registration Tables Around Campus

During the Fall 2012 Semester, PLTV will operate voter registration tables Monday through Thursday at five locations around campus from September 12th to October 8th:

Voter Registration in Pennsylvania

Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes! Although you cannot register online, you can download the Pennsylvania Voter Registration Mail Application and print it out.

Mail your completed registration form to:

*Registration Form Tips:

  • Fill in "Philadelphia" for the city, municipality, and county.
  • Mark "New Registration" if you have never registered in Philadelphia before or cannot remember if you previously registered
  • If you wish to vote in a primary, you must select a political party (otherwise, choosing a political affiliation is optional)
  • Sections 8, 10, and 12 are NOT necessary
  • Don't forget to sign and date the registration form!

Registration Deadline

To be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania on Election Day 2012, your voter registration must be received (not postmarked) by the County Voter Registration Office on or before October 9, 2012.
