Registration Information

ATTENTION ALL PENN STUDENTS: If you are at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen, you can register to vote in the state of Pennsylvania!

PLTV on Locust

Penn Leads the Vote will be registering students on Locust Walk from 11am-3pm from September 13th – October 4th.

Voting in Pennsylvania

Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes! Although you cannot register online, you can download the Pennsylvania Voter Registration Mail Application and print it out.

Mail your completed registration form to:

*Registration Form Tips:

Fill in "Philadelphia" for the city, municipality, and county.

Mark "New Registration" if you have never registered in Philadelphia before or cannot remember if you previously registered

If you wish to vote in a primary, you must select a political party (otherwise, choosing a political affiliation is optional)

Sections 8, 10, and 12 are NOT necessary

Don't forget to sign and date the registration form!
